The extension set for our Bed 2.0 is manufactured in Germany.

Required for the following bed sizes
Variant S: 100 x 220 cm (1 extension set required)
Variant M: 140 x 220 cm (1 extension set required)
Variant L: 200 x 220 cm (1 extension set required)
Family bed: 300 x 220 cm (2 extension sets required)

Do you want to make full use of the width and length of your cardboard bed? For most bed sizes, you’ll already find everything you need in your RIAB package. An additional rhombus and a connector are already included with the Bed 2.0. You only need an additional extension set for our cardboard Bed 2.0 if you want to use an extra-long mattress in one of the following sizes:

Bed S: 100 x 220 cm
Bed M: 140 x 220 cm
Bed L: 200 x 220 cm
Family bed: 300 x 220 cm

For all other mattress sizes, the extension set is not required. The extension set includes two rhombuses and one connector. You can find out how to insert the extension components into your Bed 2.0 in the instructions included with every bed. You can also download them here. 
The high-quality heavy-duty cardboard ensures a high degree of stability and corresponding durability for our furniture. The carefully designed rhombus construction of the Bed 2.0 also provides a high load-bearing capacity. At the same time, cardboard furniture is extremely lightweight, making your next move much easier. 

Our cardboard furniture is made from high-quality heavy-duty corrugated cardboard. Thanks to its carefully considered construction, it offers a high load-bearing capacity while remaining surprisingly lightweight. This makes it easy to move in everyday life, rearrange and adapt to new living situations. The corrugated cardboard we use is bonded with plant-based starch adhesive and printed with solvent-free, water-based inks. At the end of its life cycle, you can simply dispose of your bed with waste paper and return it to the recycling stream. 

To complement the Bed 2.0, we also offer a matching natural latex mattress, a headboard and bed linen made from organic cotton.

The instructions are enclosed with your Bed 2.0 package. You can also download them here.

For which bed sizes do I need the extension set?
You need an additional extension set if you want to achieve the maximum width and extra length for your chosen bed size at the same time. This applies to the S-bed for the dimensions 100x220 cm, to the M-bed for the dimensions 140x220 cm and to the L-bed for the dimensions 200x220 cm. For all other bed sizes, no additional extension set is necessary. In our assembly instructions you will find a size chart that shows you how to achieve your desired bed size.

• Do not use the product if any damage is visible or suspected.
• The Bed 2.0 is intended for proper use only.
• Improper use may cause injuries.
• Place the Bed 2.0 only on firm, level surfaces.
• Ensure stability.
• Avoid concentrated loads.
• On smooth floors, secure the Bed 2.0 against slipping with a suitable mat.
• Sharp or pointed objects can cause minor dents or scratches.
• If visible damage occurs, check the Bed 2.0 for safe use before continuing.
• Do not use near open flames or heat sources (e.g., heaters, stoves).
• Do not smoke on or near the Bed 2.0.

Contact with liquids:
• The Bed 2.0 must not be exposed to prolonged moisture.
• If it comes into contact with water, wipe dry and let the Bed 2.0 dry before reuse.
• Prolonged exposure to liquids may reduce stability.

Cleaning instructions:
• Use only dry or slightly damp soft cotton cloths.
• Do not use cleaning agents.

Note:
• Paper edges may be sharp due to manufacturing.
• Assemble the Bed 2.0 carefully to minimize risk of injury.

Storage instructions:
• The Bed 2.0 can be disassembled and stored flat in its packaging.
• Keep the Bed 2.0 dry and protect it from weather exposure.
• Expected lifespan of the Bed 2.0 is 10 years.
