Partial deliveries are generally not made. If an order contains several items, these will generally be shipped together. We are entitled to make partial deliveries at our own discretion, provided that this is reasonable for you.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are sent exclusively by e-mail. Therefore, no shipping costs apply to gift vouchers.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product offer, delivery within Germany is made within 1–3 days and deliveries abroad within 3–6 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries or order processing take place on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in one delivery unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
