Your GRID Bed in size Small (80-100 cm) can be easily extended to size Medium (120-140 cm). In the extension set you will find all the necessary parts. The installation of the extension set is described in the enclosed instructions, which you can also find here.
Our cardboard furniture is made of especially high-quality heavy-duty cardboard, which makes it stable and durable. Combined with the sophisticated construction of our storage bed, this creates an extremely resilient piece of furniture, which has been tested according to the DIN EN 1725:2024-02 and DIN EN 1022:2024-04 standards. Corrugated cardboard is a circular material, as it consists of 54 to 80% recycled paper fibers and can be fully recycled. This makes it an environmentally sustainable alternative to conventional materials, especially in furniture construction.
For optimal sleep, we recommend our natural latex mattress and super soft organic cotton bedding to go with your cardboard bed.

How do I install the GRID extension set?
The installation of the expansion set is explained in the enclosed instructions. You can also find them here in the online version.
For which bed sizes do I need the extension set?
You need the extension set if you want to convert your single GRID Bed (width Small) into a Medium bed with a width of 120 cm or 140 cm. For all other bed sizes no additional extension set is needed.

• On smooth floors, secure the GRID bed with a suitable non-slip base.
• Sharp or pointed objects may cause dents or scratches.
• If visible damage occurs, check stability before further use.
• Do not use near open flames or heat sources (e.g. heaters, stoves).
• Do not smoke on or near the GRID bed.
Contact with liquids:
• Do not place the GRID bed in rooms with constantly high humidity.
• If it comes into contact with water, wipe it dry and allow it to dry completely before use.
• Contact with liquids may reduce stability.
Cleaning instructions:
• Use only dry or slightly damp soft cotton cloths.
• Do not use cleaning agents.
Please note:
• Paper edges may be sharp due to the manufacturing process.
• Run a blunt object over exposed edges to reduce risk of injury.
• We use water-based inks which may result in slight color transfer.
• To avoid marks on your mattress, we recommend using a mattress protector.
Storage instructions:
• The GRID bed can be disassembled and stored flat in its packaging.
• Store it in a dry place protected from weather influences.
• The expected service life of the GRID bed is approximately 10 years.
